The shopping centre Archimede (Siracusa) enhances Svicom’s management portfolio, following the invitation to tender promoted by BLUE SGR S.p.A. Svicom Group has been appointed for leasing, property and facility management.
With this new appointment our portfolio reaches the number of 130 assets managed throughout Italy.
