For this purpose we assist the Clients - Landlords, through a team specialised in providing services of lease management of the estate, management of the Shopping Centre and service charges, credit management and collection, with some 5 internal lawyers, re-leasing of vacancies, management of relationships with the Tenants.
In 2009 following a company reorganisation a reference figure has been identified to be dedicated to the Client: the Property Manager has the whole vision to find solutions andf strategies in a complete and cross-sectional manner.
