Svicom has been entrusted by the real estate company SECI Real Estate belonging to the famous Maccaferri Industrial Group with the management of Castel Romano Shopping Village, new hub for shopping and leisure whose opening is scheduled for the second Quarter 2012.
Located in Rome in Castel Romano place adjacent to the McArthur Glen Outlet, the commercial complex develops on 22.600 sq.m. of GLA where 64 shops among which 7 medium areas will find a place.
Svicom will also undertake to complete the leasing of the Village that already witnesses important anchors like Euronics, H&M, Scarpe&Scarpe, Acqua&Sapone.
