Lecce Via Bachelet Multifunctional Centre

Svicom received the task of leasing the new Lecce via Bachelet Multifunctional Centre.
Now under construction, located at the exit of the Lecce ring road in an urban area of important housing development, the complex will open at the end of 2011.
Built on more levels, it will have shops, services, restaurants and a supermarket. It will also host the largest wellness area of the city, with a spa, a swimming pool and a gym. Finally, a whole area of the structure will be used as offices.
