This, of course, was also made possible thanks to the economic and financial stability that we enjoyed during the years."
Svicom approach guarantees an active and integrated management: "the new software we have introduced allows us to monitor the situation and constantly process all the parameters and performance indicators of each shopping centre. This provides information that can be readily evaluated by the centre manager, the several specialised offices (Accounting, Legal and Credit Collection, Leasing, Technical and Marketing) and the property manager, a key figure in our organisational structure; this figure is project supervisor, responsible for the coordination and interface with the client."
Although Italy remains its primary reference market, Svicom is placing great emphasis on internationalisation process which allows it to grow and above all to have a global vision. "Working abroad gives us access to the international best practises, it allows us to know in advance the best offer from the market and puts us in direct touch with an incredible number of important players."
